Legend of Suppl. Figure 3: Interactive web page showing the dendrogram of the Fig. 3 and recapitulates for each clone in each tissue all data indicated in Suppl. table 1, plus:

- Functional category of the gene (Biological process).
- Array-flag: indicates if a gene is expressed or not in a given tissue, according to the value of the background tag (expressed if Bg. Tag >= 0.9; not expressed if Bg Tag < 0.9).
- Dendrogram value: log ratio (mean-intensity/mean-intensity-across-all-control-tissues). Color of each cell in the dendrogram is based on this ratio (green for negative; red for positive).
